Autopluck 6 Gantry Bale Plucker

JSB002 A/B, JSB 003 A/B Automatic Bale Plucker
As the starting unit of blowroom lines, the round automatic plucker handles all cotton grades and man-made fibres up to 76 mm in length.
- Dual units can be installed in parallel for higher capacity;

- The Frames are available in 1.0 m, 1.2 m and 1.5 m heights for different bale sizes:

JSB 008 D Reciprocating Bale Plucker
JSB 008 D reciprocating bale plucker is equipped with specially designed plucking arms for finer tufting, higher yield and better efficiency. It suits all cotton types and man-made fibres up to 76mm.
- Multiple arm width options allow flexible adaptation to workshop constraints. Max plucking width reaches 2.5 m, enabling simultaneous blending and plucking of up to 4 bales.

stabilising feeding pressure to prevent blockages.

Autopen 3 Dual-axial Flow Opener
Installed between plucker and multi-mixer, the dual-axial flow opener delivers gentle fibre opening and effective fine dust and short fibre removal. It stabilises feeding pressure and prevents line blockages.
- Dual-beater dual-flow design splits material into two independent streams, each undergoing 7 cyclic beating cycles for highly efficient opening and cleaning.
- Compared with conventional monoaxial models, it delivers over 60% higher production with gentler material handling and reduced fibre breakage.
- Optimised anti-winding grid bars work with dust-cage dedusting to eliminate micro-dust and short fibres while stabilising cotton feeding.

Autoclean 9 Fine Opener

from fully opened fibres. It is especially essential for rotor spinning and air-jet spinning, remarkably reducing yarn breakage caused by dusty
fibres and improving overall line efficiency.

JSW 312 Horizontal Feeder and JSW 301 Weighing Opener
The Horizontal Feeder JSW 312 and the Weighting Opener JSW 301 can flexibly adopt various feeding modes such as automatic or manual. Accurate weighing according to the proportion, 2 to 6 different fibres can be blended at the same time with a blending accuracy of up to 1%.
