Located in Xuzhou City, Jiangsu Province, Peixian County is a famous viscose production area in China, supplying high quality viscose yarns to the entire world. Located in Peixian Textile Industrial Park, formerly known as Xuzhou Hua'ao Textile Co. Ltd, a 15-year-old spinning mill, decided to modernise because it couldn't meet the market's demands for quality and quantity with the existing, traditional machinery. 

In this context, the new company Jiangsu Wuyuxing Huazhiyu New Material Technology Co., Ltd. was born and established in 2021. To improve quality and productivity, owner Yunping Ouyang opted for a high level of automation and a data-driven production mode. He ordered Saurer blowroom machines, cards, roving frames, bobbin transport systems (BTS), SRC1 roving bobbin cleaner and ring spinning machines. 

With around 200 employees, Huazhiyu produces around 20,000 tonnes of viscose yarn per year with unsurpassed efficiency. The company specialises mainly in viscose yarns produced in an environmentally friendly way. Their sustainable Siro compact yarns and air-spun yarns range from Ne 10 to Ne 80. Compared to standard ring yarns, Siro compact yarn has less hairiness, less pilling and a soft, smooth handle. The pigment absorption during dyeing is high and the colour depth of Siro compact yarns magically creates a luxurious shine in knitted or woven fabrics.

Many of their yarns are sold to customers in Shengze (Suzhou), Shaoxing (Zhejiang) and Foshan (Guangdong), as well as international customers.

The 2 blowroom lines are set up ideal for viscose production and consist of 58 carding machines (including 6 JSC 328 cards , 40 JSC 230 cards and 12 Autocards). The high-quality cards are delivering optimal sliver quality, thanks to optimal settings and card wiring a gentle opening of the viscose fibres is achieved.

Higher, secured quality and less operators are the main benefit of automation: Huazhiyu works with 2 lines of bobbin transport system connecting the Autospeed roving frames with its 100 ZR 71 ring spinning machines. Roving tubes are automatically cleaned by 6 sets of SRC1 roving tube cleaning machines. The doffing is very efficient, reliable and easy to maintain. Doffing time is less than 2 minutes on the roving frame and 2 minutes on the ring frame. 

After 6 months of smooth operation, Huazhiyu has seen a 30% increase in production compared to their previous machines and the increase in quality is remarkable and appreciated by their customers.
