Senses Mill (hereinafter referred to as "we") respects and protects the personal information and privacy security of all SensesMill users. To provide you with more accurate services and a safer internet environment, we have defined the principles for collecting/using/providing personal information based on the "Cybersecurity Law of the People's Republic of China," the "Personal Information Protection Law of the People's Republic of China," the "Civil Code of the People's Republic of China," the "Information Security Technology Personal Information Security Specification," and other relevant laws, regulations, and technical standards. This further elaborates on your rights regarding personal information.
Welcome to read the User Privacy Policy Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement"). The terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement apply to your use of various tools and services (hereinafter referred to as "Services") provided by SensesMill.
This Privacy Policy aims to help you understand what data we collect, why we collect it, how we use it, and how we assist you in protecting it. Understanding these aspects is crucial for exercising your personal rights and protecting your personal information. Please take the time to read this policy carefully before using SensesMill products or services. This Agreement is closely related to the products and/or services you use from us. When you download, install, launch, browse, register, log in, access, or use SensesMill products or services, we will process and protect your personal information in accordance with this Agreement. We strive to explain the technical terms involved in this policy in a concise manner to facilitate your understanding.
In this Agreement, the terms that may have a significant impact on your rights have been highlighted in bold for your attention.
Before using/continuing to use our products and services, please read and fully understand this Agreement, and make appropriate choices when necessary according to the guidance of this Agreement. If you do not agree with the content of this Agreement, it may result in our products and/or services not functioning properly or not achieving the intended service effects. You should immediately stop accessing/using our products and/or services. Your use or continued use of the products and/or services we provide indicates that you have agreed to this Privacy Policy and trust our handling of your information. Please note that you can dynamically manage your information through the settings or controls in the product.
It is important to note that this policy does not apply to services provided by other third parties, nor does it apply to products or services for which SensesMill has separately established legal statements and privacy policies. When you use third-party products or services through SensesMill products or services, your information shall be subject to the privacy terms of the third party. We will clearly inform you on the specific product or service page that the service is provided by a specific third party and strongly recommend that you read and confirm your understanding of the third party's agreements and policies regarding personal information protection before accepting the service (especially services related to personal information).

Thank you for using and trusting SensesMill. SensesMill deeply understands the importance of personal information to you, and we are committed to providing you with more reliable services. We will protect your personal information in accordance with the principles of "consistency of rights and responsibilities, purpose limitation, consent, data minimization, security, participation, and transparency."
1. How we collect and use your personal information
"Personal information" refers to any information recorded electronically or otherwise that can identify a specific natural person alone or in combination with other information, or reflect the activities of a specific natural person. When you use SensesMill or services, SensesMill may automatically receive and record server values on your website or application, including but not limited to the operational status of SensesMill or services, network environment, error logs, and other basic record information objectively reflected on the SensesMill or service server. You understand and agree that the aforementioned basic record information and other information that cannot identify your personal identity or activity status alone or in combination with other information does not constitute your personal information.
1.1 Information you directly provide and information we actively collect:
(1) When you enable the device location function and use the location-based services provided by SensesMill, we need to collect and process your device information (i.e., your hardware model, operating system version, etc.), device connection information, device status information, location information, and travel trajectory. To better monitor the transportation trajectory, we use various methods for positioning, including mobile phone positioning, GPS, and other positioning devices that can provide relevant information. You can disable the location service or system permissions through system authorization to stop SensesMill from collecting your location information, but you may not be able to obtain relevant services or functions, or the intended effects of the services may not be achieved.
(2) To comply with laws and regulations, we need to collect necessary information from you or from the party legally retaining your information, such as: identity information (including your name, position, phone number, and related additional information). You agree that third-party verification agencies may collect and verify your relevant information and provide the corresponding verification results to us.
(3) When the client software you use frequently reports errors or displays error log information to us, to check software errors and provide you with better services, we will record and collect your configuration information, abnormal data, and other files used for diagnosing and improving products and services on your device.
(4) Storage permission: SensesMill has the function of uploading and downloading files, downloading files to the local phone or SD card for storage.
(5) Device information: SensesMill collects device information (including IMSI, IMEI, installation list, location, device serial number, MAC address, device model, installation list, operating system version, device settings, unique device identifier, device environment, and other software and hardware characteristic information) to determine whether the user has changed devices. For users who have changed devices, we need to perform security verification again to prevent account theft risks. Additionally, we have implemented certain protections for user information security to avoid the leakage of user login account passwords and prevent hackers from cracking user passwords, which could lead to personal information leakage.
(6) Location information: Based on your location-related information (including your authorized GPS location and WLAN access points, Bluetooth, and base station sensor information) , we determine your location to provide you with nearby factory information, facilitating your quick selection of the current location factory. We only collect your current geographical location and will not combine your location information from different periods to determine your travel trajectory.
(7) Recording function: SensesMill has a voice search function that converts voice into text for searching, greatly reducing user operation complexity.
(8) Installation function: SensesMill has a file download function. When the user downloads an APK file, SensesMill will automatically ask the user whether to install it immediately. If the user clicks install, the system installer will be automatically invoked to install the APK.
(9) Application installation list: SensesMill has a sharing function. Based on the applications installed on your phone, it filters out the available APP channels for sharing.
(10) CONTACTS: SensesMill applies for the permission to read the contact list during user registration to automatically fill in the phone number for account login, bringing convenience to users.
(11) SMS: Reading SMS messages, for the convenience of users to quickly register and log in, we apply for the permission to read SMS messages to automatically fill in the verification code during user registration or login.
(12) Clipboard information: We may access your clipboard data, such as automatic association of invitation codes. We promise not to misuse or access, use, or share your clipboard data without authorization. We will take appropriate security measures to protect the security and privacy of your clipboard data.
(13) SIM card serial number: For your convenience in logging in, we have integrated a mobile one-click login third-party SDK, which may obtain your SIM card serial number to identify your device or provide specific functions. We will strictly protect your SIM card serial number to prevent unauthorized access, use, or sharing.
We collect this type of information to:
(1) Display, recommend, or push information that is more relevant to you.
(2) Recommend relevant city factories: You can choose not to provide us with location information, but the relevance of nearby factories will be reduced. Please note that device information and service log information alone cannot identify a specific natural person. If we combine this non-personal information with other information to identify a specific natural person, or use it in combination with personal information, during the combined use period, this non-personal information will be treated as personal information. Except as authorized by you or as otherwise provided by laws and regulations, we will anonymize and de-identify this information.
1.2 Usage instructions.
(1) We will use your personal information in accordance with the aforementioned statements in the services. If we need to collect or use your personal information for other purposes or non-specific purposes not stated in this policy, we will seek your consent in advance.
1.3 Device permission invocation
In the process of providing services, SensesMill will invoke some of your device permissions. You can choose to disable part or all of the permissions in the device settings to refuse SensesMill from collecting and using the corresponding personal information. The display and disabling methods of permissions may vary in different devices. Please refer to the device or system development instructions and guidelines. Your device system may open other permissions while authorizing necessary information, and SensesMill cannot manually or automatically disable these authorizations. The device permissions of SensesMill include: location, storage (for caching and retrieving images and some data), camera (for taking photos and uploading), contacts (for sharing information with contacts), microphone (for voice communication with friends), phone (for obtaining phone information), and photos (for uploading business images).
1.4 De-identification.
After collecting your personal information, we will promptly de-identify or anonymize the data through technical means. De-identified information will not be able to identify the subject. Without disclosing your personal information, SensesMill has the right to mine, analyze, and utilize (including commercial use) the anonymized user database.
1.5 Exceptions.
(1) In the following circumstances, the collection of your personal information does not require your authorization and consent:
a. Related to national security and national defense security.
b. Related to public safety, public health, and significant public interests.
c. Related to criminal investigation, prosecution, trial, and execution of judgments.
d. For the protection of your or others' major legal rights and interests such as life and property, but it is difficult to obtain your consent.
e. The personal information collected is voluntarily disclosed by you to the public.
f. Collected from legally publicly disclosed information, such as legal news reports, government information disclosure, and other channels.
g. Necessary for achieving product functions and services as required by you.
h. Other circumstances stipulated by laws and regulations.
2. How we use cookies and similar technologies
(1) When you use SensesMill or services, to provide you with a more convenient access experience, we may use various technologies to collect and store information, during which we may send one or more cookies or anonymous identifiers to your device. This is to understand your usage habits, save you from repeatedly entering registration information, or help determine the security of your account.
(2) We will not use cookies for any purposes other than those stated in this policy. You can retain or delete cookies according to your preferences. You can clear all cookies saved in the software, and your relevant information will be deleted after manual clearing.
3. How we use the information obtained
3.1 Sharing
(1) We treat your information with a high duty of care and will not share your personal information with any company, organization, or individual outside of Senses Mill and its affiliated companies, except in the following circumstances:
a. With your explicit authorization or consent.
b. As required by applicable laws, regulations, legal procedures, mandatory government requirements, or judicial rulings.
c. To the extent required or permitted by law, to protect the interests, property, or safety of SensesMill users or the public from harm.
d. Only for the purposes stated in this privacy policy, some of our services will be provided by authorized partners, and SensesMill may provide your personal information to third parties such as partners. We will only share your personal information for legal, legitimate, necessary, specific, and explicit purposes, and only share the personal information necessary for providing services. Our partners are not authorized to use the shared personal information for any other purposes and will comply with this privacy policy to protect your personal information.
(2) Sharing requirements.
Before sharing information, we will sign strict data security and confidentiality agreements with third parties sharing personal information, requiring them to handle personal information in accordance with our instructions and this privacy policy.
3.2 Transfer and disclosure
(1) Transfer: We will not transfer your personal information to any company, organization, or individual outside of Senses Mill and its affiliated companies, except in the following circumstances:
a. With your explicit authorization or consent in advance.
b. As required by laws, regulations, legal procedures, mandatory government requirements, or judicial rulings.
c. In accordance with other legal documents signed by you (such as this Agreement).
d. In the event of mergers, acquisitions, or bankruptcy liquidation, if personal information is involved in the transfer, we will require the new holder of your personal information to continue to be bound by this privacy policy, otherwise, we will require the company or organization to re-seek your authorization and consent.
(2) Public disclosure. We will only publicly disclose your personal information in the following circumstances:
a. With your explicit consent.
b. As required by laws, regulations, legal procedures, litigation, or mandatory government requirements.
3.3 Exceptions
In the following circumstances, sharing, transferring, and publicly disclosing personal information do not require the authorization and consent of the personal information subject:
a. Related to national security and national defense security.
b. Related to public safety, public health, and significant public interests.
c. Related to criminal investigation, prosecution, trial, and execution of judgments.
d. For the protection of the personal information subject or others' major legal rights and interests such as life and property, but it is difficult to obtain the consent of the subject.
e. Personal information voluntarily disclosed by the personal information subject to the public.
f. Collected from legally publicly disclosed information, such as legal news reports, government information disclosure, and other channels.
4. How we assist you in protecting this data
SensesMill highly respects your concern for personal information and provides you with methods to manage your personal information. You have the right to query, correct, manage, and delete your information and protect your privacy and security.
4.1 Right to query
Except as provided by laws and regulations, whenever you use our services, we will strive to ensure that you can easily access your personal information. You can exercise your right to query in the following ways:
(1) Account information: If you wish to access or edit your personal profile information in your account, change your password, add security information, etc., you can perform such operations in the product you use.
4.2 Right to correct.
When you need to update your personal information or find that we have processed your personal information incorrectly, you have the right to make corrections or updates. You can submit your correction request to us through feedback and error reporting.
4.3 Right to disable.
(1) You can disable your information through the settings or controls in the product. After you disable personal information, we will promptly take measures to disable your personal information from the business function system.
(2) You can request us to disable personal information in the following circumstances:
a. If our handling of personal information violates laws and regulations.
b. If we collect or use your personal information without your consent.
c. If our handling of personal information violates agreements with you.
d. If we terminate product operation and services.
4.4 Right to withdraw.
(1) You can withdraw part of the authorization by unbinding your account, modifying personal settings, or deleting relevant information. You can also withdraw authorization by turning off functions.
(2) After you withdraw your consent or authorization, we will no longer be able to provide you with the services corresponding to the withdrawn consent or authorization, and we will no longer process your corresponding personal information. However, your decision to withdraw consent or authorization will not affect the previous personal information processing based on your consent or authorization.
4.5 Management issues.
(1) If you cannot access, correct, or disable your personal information through the above methods, or if you have any questions or issues regarding SensesMill's collection or use of your information, you can contact us through the #SensesMill-WeChat Group# customer service channel. To ensure security, we may need you to provide a written request or prove your identity in other ways. We will respond to your relevant request within 15 days after receiving your feedback and verifying your identity.
(2) We will make reasonable efforts to meet your requests for querying, correcting, managing, and disabling personal information. However, we may reject requests that are unreasonably repetitive, require excessive technical means, pose risks to the legal rights and interests of others, or are very impractical.
(3) For your reasonable requests, we generally do not charge fees, but for repeated requests beyond a reasonable limit, we may charge a certain cost fee depending on the situation.
4.6 Exceptions.
As required by laws and regulations, we will be unable to respond to your requests for correction, deletion, or deregistration of information in the following circumstances:
a. Related to national security and national defense security.
b. Related to public safety, public health, and significant public interests.
c. Related to criminal investigation, prosecution, and trial.
d. There is sufficient evidence that you have subjective malice or abuse of rights.
e. Involving trade secrets.
f. Responding to your request will cause serious damage to your or others' legal rights and interests.
5. Applicable laws and dispute resolution
(1) The conclusion, execution, interpretation, and dispute resolution of this Agreement shall be governed by Chinese law. If any dispute arises between the parties regarding the content or execution of this Agreement, the parties shall strive to resolve it through friendly negotiation. If the negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with the People's Court where the defendant is located.
(2) If any provision of this Agreement is deemed invalid, void, or unenforceable for any reason, the provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
(3) Other rights not expressly authorized in this Agreement are still reserved by SensesMill. You must obtain written permission from SensesMill when exercising these rights. If SensesMill does not exercise any of the aforementioned rights, it does not constitute a waiver of that right.
6. Protection of minors
The following terms are for minor users (especially children under the age of 14) to read carefully under the guidance of their guardians, and the guardians should decide whether to accept or reject this policy after fully understanding it:
(1) If the user is a minor under the age of 18 (especially children under the age of 14), they should read this Agreement and use our related services under the guidance and with the consent of their guardians.
(2) We attach great importance to the protection of minors' personal information. When minor users fill in personal information, please enhance personal protection awareness and treat it with caution. Please use our related services correctly under the guidance of guardians.
(3) We will protect the confidentiality and security of minor users' information in accordance with relevant national laws and regulations and this policy. If we find that we have collected minors' personal information without the verifiable consent of parents or legal guardians, we will try to delete the relevant data as soon as possible. At the same time, we have established strict rules for the collection and use of minors' information to protect the safety of children and adolescents' personal information. You can read the "Children/Adolescents Personal Information Protection Rules" for more specific content. If you are the guardian of a minor, when you have any questions about the use of our services by the minor you are guarding or the user information provided to us, please contact us in time according to the contact information provided in Article 7 of this Agreement.

7.2 Special reminder.
(1) Senses Mill reminds you that if the problem you feedback involves your personal information, especially your sensitive information, please do not disclose it directly during the call or email. We will further communicate with you while ensuring the security of your personal information.
(2) In some cases, to ensure the security of your personal information, we may need you to provide a written request or prove your identity in other ways. We will respond to your relevant request within 15 days after receiving your feedback and verifying your identity.
7.3.01 Device information
Device information: including device identifiers (Android ID, IMEI only for versions before 27.40), variable identifiers (IDFA, OAID, GAID), application information (application crash information, notification switch status, running processes, and other application-related information), device parameters and system information (device type, device model, operating system, device sensors, hardware serial number, and hardware-related information), device network environment information [IP address, WLAN (Wi-Fi) information, Bluetooth information, base station information, and other network-related information, WLAN-MAC only collected after applying for location permission], operator information, broadcast component communication information.
7.3.02 Architecture information
Our product is developed based on Flutter. During the application runtime, we need to collect your device's unique identification code (IMEI/device serial number/Android ID DEVICE ID IDFA, SIM card IMSI information, OAID) to provide statistical analysis services, and improve performance and user experience through application startup data and abnormal error analysis, providing users with better services.
7.3.03 SDK integration
1) SDK name: Ali weex SDK: SDK purpose: uni-basic module default integration, used for rendering uni's nvue page engine; possible personal information types: stored personal files; invoked device permissions: external storage read and write permissions.
2) SDK name: Fresco image library: SDK purpose: uni-basic module default integration, used for loading images on nvue pages; possible personal information types: stored personal files; invoked device permissions: external storage read and write permissions.
3) SDK name: WeChat: SDK purpose: WeChat sharing; possible personal information types: stored personal files, location information, phone number, call status, and dialed numbers; invoked device permissions: external storage read and write permissions.
4) SDK name: TBS | Tencent X5 Browser | Tencent Browsing Service: SDK purpose: We invoke the device storage permission when users submit files and use the Tencent file browsing component when uploading to the server for user convenience.
5) SDK name: Umeng: SDK purpose: Our exception reminder and early warning functions use Umeng push to facilitate operators to receive notification messages in time and handle them promptly. Device permissions are invoked to ensure the accurate delivery of messages. Additionally, Umeng may read and write storage to store a large amount of message content. Umeng may also obtain device information to locate the accuracy of push messages.
