We are looking for an accounting firm for our company Saurer Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd in Hongqiao Nanfeng City, No. 150 Zunyi Road, Changning District, Shanghai, China. For a period of one year, we need an accounting firm to perform the audit for the annual report as well as the internal control audit as required by the Shanghai Stock Exchange. The supplier must be an independent legal person or other organization with the ability to perform the contract; A branch office participating in the negotiation shall provide a letter of authorization issued by the head office.
It is required for the supplier to have the practicing certificate of an accounting firm and the securities service qualification, and have reported qualification to China Securities Regulatory Commission for record.
The supplier is not included in the list of company executed for breach of trust or company related to major tax violations.
