The Carpet and Flooring Expo 2025 (CFE2025), which took place at Istanbul Expo Center from January 7 to 10, was an outstanding event that welcomed numerous exhibitors and visitors from Türkiye and abroad.
With great enthusiasm and success, the fair made a strong international impression and established itself as one of the most important events in the carpet and flooring industry.
CFE2025 provided a platform for over 300 exhibitors to showcase their latest products and technologies. The variety ranged from traditional hand-knotted carpets to modern floor coverings made from sustainable materials. The large number of manufacturers from Türkiye, known for their high-quality carpets, as well as international brands made the fair a melting pot for different styles and designs.
Saurer's first participation at the Carpet and Flooring Expo 2025 (CFE2025) was a complete success. We had the opportunity to talk to countless customers, partners and industry companions and to launch exciting projects and ideas for 2025. We are delighted that our customers are experiencing market growth and that we want to shape 2025 successfully together with confidence and a hands-on mentality.
The enthusiasm for the Saurer CarpetCabler CarpetTwister 1.12 and the TechnoCorder TC2 was gratifying. Both machines were perceived as pioneering for the future of carpet and yarn production. In addition, our innovative solutions in the fine yarn sector were also extremely popular and well received. We will soon be able to present news in this area. Stay tuned!
Sustainability was a central theme that numerous exhibitors focussed on with environmentally friendly products. Workshops and presentations on this topic were very popular with visitors. New technologies in carpet and flooring production were also presented, including digital solutions for creating customised designs.
The large number of visitors included professionals from various sectors such as retail, interior architecture and design. Networking opportunities were promoted through special events and lounges, which facilitated the exchange between participants.
CFE2025 was a success, demonstrating not only the innovative strength of the industry but also highlighting the potential of Türkiye as a leading player in the global carpet market.
