| Kallenberg: | From technical purchasing and product management to plant management at Texparts in Suzhou, I have worked in various positions at Texparts. The most formative years for me were the three years in China, where I learnt how incredibly fast everything happens there. Working as a product manager really shaped my career - working with customers in the market is still very important to me today. | ||

| Kallenberg: | Well, what I find most exciting are the many adjustment options that are available to our customers thanks to our modular design to get the most out of our products - and that with unrivalled precision and reproducibility. | ||

| Kallenberg: | I see the trend towards recycling as a great opportunity to make the entire textile industry more sustainable. More automation will also lead to a leap forward in production speeds in the future. |
