The success story began with the acquisition of SKF's textile division and the deliberate choice of the name "Texparts", where TEX stands for textile and PARTS for components and spare parts for spinning mills and OEMs.
The Texparts motto is: "Conversions for a better future". Texparts supports spinning mills by improving handling on the spinning machine with components. The main aim is to make machine operation as simple as possible and to improve spinning quality. This prevents setting errors and ensures yarn quality over the entire length of the machine.
Texparts stands since ever for premium components. Thanks to the continuous developments at Texparts, our customers always stay up to date and can continuously optimise their production processes. From the processing of long cotton and synthetic fibres to the processing of short staple fibres - Texparts offers tailor-made solutions for many steps in yarn production.
In our state-of-the-art production facility in Fellbach, Germany, drafting systems, spindles, bearing units and top rollers are manufactured with maximum precision, guaranteeing a long service life for Texparts components. Customers benefit from improved yarn quality, fewer thick spots in the yarn and optimised yarn quality values whenever Texparts components are installed.
Our long-standing experience, the quality guarantee and the longevity of our products enable our customers to extend the life cycle of their spinning machines. This leads to increased efficiency and cost savings. For example, our latest innovation - the Eshape spindle in combination with the Spinnfinity underwinding system - optimises energy consumption by up to 6 % and at the same time reduces operating costs thanks to simpler and faster cleaning. This lowers production costs and gives our customers a clear competitive advantage.
The fusion of tradition and innovation has given our brand a unique position on the global market. One of our first achievements in 2005 was the optimisation of the PK2025 drafting system series with an extended number of load levels and a visual display for user-friendly operation. The optimisation of the PK1550 followed in 2007 with additional load settings for even more precise pressure adjustment. The overall concept of the PKSE drafting system was revised in 2010 to offer spinning mills quick and easy operation and to improve yarn quality through additional adjustment options.
The Texparts bearings are another success story. The newly developed RB 105 rotor bearing has been very well received on the market as a complete package. This unique, perfectly matching system from Texparts enables customers to achieve higher speeds in rotor spinning.
Despite the widespread competition on price and numerous plagiarisms and copies, many years of experience and expertise have enabled Texparts to keep gaining market share with innovative developments. The constant broadening of the product range enables Texparts to respond to customer wishes. Since 2024, Spinnfinity is available in three different options to also fulfil the needs of wool and coarse yarn spinning mills and contribute to a more sustainable manufacturing process by reducing yarn waste.
