Compact and stable bearing designs.
Standard bearing designs mostly use conventional bearings. In this case, the standard bearing is positioned between the shaft and the bearing housing. This design of bearing is limited, however in the areas of running speed, lifespan and starting torque. For this reason, bearings designed in this way often need changing on a regular basis.
The integration of the internal raceway in the shaft and the external raceway in the bearing housing mean an extremely compact and stable bearing construction. This results in a wide range of decisive advantages. The manufacturing tolerances of the integrated bearings are significantly lower than those of the standard bearings. A particularly smooth running, low starting torque and a long service life is achieved - properties that play a central role in critical processes.
